Before advising independently, I spent my career building and leading technology functions inside organizations navigating serious change: legacy systems, regulatory pressure, and boards asking harder questions about return on investment. That experience shapes how I work now — pragmatically, with a bias toward decisions that hold up a year later, not just a demo that impresses in the room.
